These Terms & Conditions govern the use of whiskerz.house and purchases made from WhiskerzHouse through our online store.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Our products may be manufactured using natural materials such as wood. Natural variations in colour, grain, texture and appearance may occur and are not necessarily defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the customer's screen.
Please review the product description, dimensions and other specifications before placing an order.
HANDMADE AND MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
Some WhiskerzHouse products are manufactured or finished after an order is placed.
Minor variations resulting from the manufacturing process or the characteristics of natural materials may occur.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Where we offer products made according to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised for that customer, additional conditions may apply.
Customers are responsible for checking any dimensions, text, colours, specifications or other customisation information submitted to us.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
PRICES
Product prices are displayed on our website.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is complete and accurate.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

Product unavailability
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment

Delivery restrictions
Other circumstances that make fulfilment of the order impossible or unlawful
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to their services.
WhiskerzHouse does not require access to your complete payment card details to fulfil your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is placed and payment has been successfully received.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Malta.
Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, holidays or exceptional circumstances.
The processing period is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, charges and delivery options are displayed where applicable during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

RISK DURING DELIVERY
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods during delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.
The withdrawal period normally begins when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate the decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory remedies available for defective or non-conforming products.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Some WhiskerzHouse products are designed to be mounted to walls or other structures.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the intended mounting surface is suitable for the product and for the loads that will be applied to it.
The appropriate fixing method may depend on the construction of the wall or mounting surface.
Where there is uncertainty about the suitability of a wall, mounting method or fixing hardware, installation should be carried out or assessed by a suitably qualified person.
Any installation instructions supplied with the product should be followed carefully.
Products must not be used if they have been incorrectly installed, damaged, modified in a way that affects their structural integrity, or installed on an unsuitable surface.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
WhiskerzHouse products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or safety information supplied with the product.
Customers should periodically inspect wall-mounted products, fixings and mounting points for signs of movement, loosening, wear or damage.
If any component or mounting point appears loose or damaged, use of the product should stop until the issue has been corrected.
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended use, subject to their statutory consumer rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of whiskerz.house, including product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other original content, is owned by or licensed to WhiskerzHouse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial material without permission, except where permitted by law.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep whiskerz.house available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.
Such circumstances may include transportation disruption, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental measures, supply interruptions or other exceptional events.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those applicable to that transaction at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to WhiskerzHouse in Malta, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU or EEA country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be excluded by contractual agreement.
